"Great. Kenshi's nice. Quiet, respectful guy. I'm betting you'll get along. Splitting three ways will be affordable. I recently came into some money, too, don't know how, and I've got a job, so I was thinking I could cover a bigger portion of the rent and you guys can just pay what you can."
Harry seems... Less likely to have a job, at the moment? It seems like he's been struggling, and Vander figured he might need a bit of help to get out of the Valentia.
"You got any preferences for what the house is like, or the location? I was thinking maybe one of them rowhouses. I'm not picky so long as there's a bed I fit in, and Kenshi just wants a kitchen that's not tiny. I work at Cherry's in Gloria."
